- Developed and deployed two production-level web applications — a POS tracking system and a CRM platform — hosted on DigitalOcean using custom Nginx configurations.
- Built middleware to connect a MongoDB-based Node.js backend with a secondary MS SQL Server database.
- Designed and implemented role-based access control (RBAC), including admin and support user types.
- Implemented license management, user activation/deactivation, and session control.
- Built modules for support ticket tracking, customer call logs, reports, and dashboards.
- Developed reusable frontend components including charts, filters, data tables, and modular forms using React and Tailwind CSS.
